In beginning of year 2021, we have conducted a customer survey in order to hear customers’ opinions on our performance during the past 12 months. We were happy to notice that we were considered as a reliable partner and we have been able to provide high-level sales service to our customers.
Furthermore, this survey has enabled us to recognize certain areas of improvement. We have gone through these areas together with different departments. Appropriate actions have been taken to further enhance these according to given feedback.
